Who are we?
Belsimpel, Groningen, founded in 2008 by Jeroen & Jeroen from their student room, has grown into one of the biggest players in the telecom world. With a close-knit team of over 600 motivated, fanatical and smart students and professionals, it is our mission to improve the Mobile World

We are a way: a Method™ to find what suits the customer best in the field of mobile telephony, where the customer is helped according to our family philosophy. We have since grown into the Gomibo Group, which also includes our international brand and our two spin-offs: Verifai & Tulip Assist.

We offer millions of combinations of all phones, hardware, accessories and subscriptions. We are constantly improving the market for our customers and want to beat ourselves in it daily! With our rapid growth (400 million turnover by 2020) Belsimpel has already become the largest online telecom retailer in the Netherlands. Therefore, no day is the same and our business processes are constantly subject to necessary and drastic efficiency improvements. The development of the company ensures that you can grow with it, giving you a steep learning curve and your work having a great impact on the whole company. Mediamaze
Internship: Digital PR & Online Reputation Management
Looking for an internship in PR that's a little different, at a PR agency that focuses entirely on the "online" future of news? Then come do an internship at MediaMaze. MediaMaze is the specialist in the field of "online PR", also called 'digital PR', and in the field of "online reputation management".
We take care of the (online) image of our clients; that they regularly appear in the media and make a good first impression in Google. This does not happen by itself, and we do it through a special combination of "regular" online PR, specialized SEO techniques, and a broad network. Here you can see how online PR and reputation management are intertwined.
We bring attention to our clients' projects and position them as authorities within their field through 'news-making'. But our work also ensures better positions in search results and balances offline reputation with online image.
Because of our scale, you get responsibility almost immediately. You'll get a good insight into how PR is made, how news stories are found online, and how we monitor and manage our clients' online presence.
The work includes: content creation for, and web editing of, websites under our management and all kinds of PR-related activities (press releases, interviews). Affinity and experience with writing is therefore desirable!
Starting continuously, so please apply.
You:
- have a WO-level, or HBO-level with at least VWO as education;
- speak and write completely flawless Dutch (ABN);
- Have affinity and experience with writing;
- Are available at least 3 days a week;
- Like to think in terms of solutions.
We offer you:
- the possibility of a part-time internship for 3-5 months;
- a generous internship fee of €750 per month for a full-time internship;
- the possibility to grow into a regular employment;
- an internship that is good for 6-12 ECTS;
- Young colleagues, pleasant working environment in Amsterdam.
